Clubhouse Rental Information

The Creekside Oaks Clubhouse and Outside Pavillion were constructed in 2001 for the use of all Creekside Oaks residents. The fee to rent the clubhouse is $125, or free to Founders Club members (up to a maximum of four free rentals per year). A security deposit is also required at the time of booking, including for Founders Club members, which is refundable provided the clubhouse is adequately clean and tidy after use and there is no damage.
The clubhouse is also available for rent by non-members for $150.00, but the renter must be sponsored by a Creekside Oaks resident. |
